For many teenagers, the dream of the open road is defined by speed, style, and the mechanical roar of a high-performance engine. For William Love, that dream is personified by a modern American classic.
“I like the Corvette C6 Z06,” William said. “I like the design of it and they’re faster than normal cars.
While some might prefer the ease of a modern daily driver, William’s interests lie in vehicles that demand more from the person behind the wheel. He specifically looks for cars that offer a more engaged experience.
“I like a manual car because it gives you more stuff to do while driving,” William said.
Interestingly, this passion for manual gearboxes and high-speed Corvettes exists purely as a future ambition for now, as he has not yet had the chance to get behind the wheel.
“No, I have never driven a car at all,” William said.
Even though he hasn’t hit the road yet, his tastes are firmly planted in the modern era of automotive engineering rather than the vehicles of the past.
“I would rather have new cars from 2015 and up,” William said.
Outside of the garage and the world of horsepower, William finds comfort in the simple, familiar things he grew up with, particularly when it comes to his favorite meals.
“I love Macaroni and cheese,” William said. “I grew up eating it, and I’ve always liked it.”
Whether it’s his favorite meal or his favorite time of year, William tends to appreciate the broader experience of life rather than picking just one standout event.
“I do not have a favorite holiday, but I enjoy most of them,” William said.
This same balanced perspective carries over into his entertainment tastes, where he enjoys a wide variety of cinema without being tied to a single film.
“I love a lot of movies, but I don’t have a favorite,” William said.
