The GEHS girl’s tennis team is bigger than ever. So big, in fact, a C team has been added to make room for the 50 girls who came out.

According to players, the team has been performing excellently.

“Yeah, we’re doing great,” said Olivia Holderman, a JV tennis player, said.

Coaches this year have some lofty goals for the team.

“I want all the girls to feel comfortable with helping each other and asking for help when they need it,”  Abromite, varsity tennis coach, said.

The C team coach is ecstatic about the new addition. He says it gives the players that are still learning about the game an opportunity to participate.

“Yeah, I’m super glad we decided to add the C team this year and that we can have more focus on our less experienced players,” Cramer said.
