This year’s freshman football team’s season is begging better than the the seasons in 2012-2015. This year’s freshman football team was undefeated. Currently they are 5-1. Prior seasons the freshman team was 0-4 and the next year they went 6-2.
Each year coaches look and watch for how each individual player are showing good sportsmanship and skills to decide which team they are going to play on.
“Each season brings about a new crop of freshman players with different skills and abilities,” Coach Fisher, the Head Coach of the freshman football team said.
To be able to play the game of football each individual player has to know and understand each position on the team.
“We know this class has a lot of talent and skill sets making them a complete team in all three phases of the game,” Coach Fisher said.
Everyday after school the freshman team is practicing putting in the work of the game plan and successfully remembering each and individual play by play so they will be ready to verse their next opponent.
“They work hard to be fundamentally sound, playing 100mph with great physicality each and every week as they prepare for the upcoming opponent while executing the week’s game plan,” Coach Fisher said.
