Faith

A boy interested in many different things talks about his faith. What he does with his
church and how he is involved with his school.

Luis, a sophomore, likes interior design and cooking, most at this point in his life when
asked what he wants to be when he grows up.

“Not sure, I like different things right now, I like interior design and cooking,” Luis
replied.

At Luis’ church, he serves for the multimedia team, live streaming the service. He likes
serving and being connected with his church.

“About to hit 3 years, started after the pandemic,” Luis said about serving.

He goes to a Spanish church and is passionate about his faith.

“Faith, and about keeping good grades, I try my hardest. Faith because these are hard
times, and grades cause it just helps me feel less stressed having good grades.” Luis said.

Being involved with his school, Luis attends FCA with his sister.

“I like the messages and games, and the donuts,” he said

Luis takes classes to help him succeed in his ministry at church.

“Intro into Multimedia and Digital Media,” Luis said, “and planning on taking digital
photographs next year.”

Furthermore, Luis had lived his whole life with Jesus.

“Growing up in the church, I was baptized in 2023,” Luis said.

Waking up early to serve can be hard but Luis remembers what he loves.

“ I really like serving even though it is really tiring, and having everyone knowing everyone,”
Luis said

Luis likes spending time in the church, his favorite holiday is a time he spends with his
family in Christ.

“New year, usually we spend it in the church and haven’t missed any year,” Luis said.
