The football team came home with one of the biggest wins against The 5A state champion Mill Valley.
Both teams were ranked as number one in their divisions making this past game a high-profile matchup, the game was being broadcasted by several media outlets. Even under pressure the Blazers performed incredibly with scoring on the first drive with a 46-yard catch and run by Randy Singleton.
Bravin Powell was also a huge contributor with helping Singleton with three catches and three touchdowns, he also found Colton Hawkinson four times for a touchdown. Powell finished with four touchdowns and one interception for the night. Syre Padilla showed his speed by breaking free with a 40+ yard run, putting the Blazers at 35-3 heading into halftime.
The team was ablet to put am additional 14 points on the board to take the 49-10 win.
The team will take on Olathe North at the homecoming game.

JV
Monday night the JV team traveled back to Mill Valley.
The game was challenging and the team ended up short.
The defense battled through injuries and depth issues.
Briggs Cunningham and Richie Vanlerberg who each had a kick return for a touchdown.
The team will take on Olathe North next week.
