During Easter season in April there are different kinds of candy people could buy for kids to go egg hunting for eggs that are filled with different kinds of candy. Easter is not an official holiday but it’s a holiday where we celebrate Jesus and hunt for easter eggs. At some point when you get older hunting for eggs is not a thing for you because it just gets boring so you just let your little siblings find them and you hide them if the easter bunny doesn’t have them for you.

Over the weekend I went to buy candy at Dollar Tree and I got four different kinds of jelly beans, three different kinds of chocolate, two different kinds of peeps and a bag of individual bags of sour patch bunnies.

For the brands of jelly beans I got sweet tarts, trolli sour bites jelly beans , the regular, sour patch kids. The trolli sour bites have six different flavors which all of them are super good. The flavors were cherry-lemon, strawberry-grape, orange-mango, raspberry-strawberry, grape-apple, lemon-raspberry. The sweet tart jelly beans are good but all of them taste the same and they taste just like sweet tarts. The regular jelly beans on the other hand taste good and they have different flavors like orange, green-apple, grape, fruit punch, and the pink ones kind of taste like pink lemonade. The sour patch kids jelly beans are really good and not that much sour at all. I think the flavors are the same for the regular sour patch kids.

I bought three kinds of chocolate, two reese’s peanut butter cups and white reese’s white cream peanut butter cups and also a chocolate bunny filled with marshmallow that taste like s’mores or cookies and cream

Then I also bought three kinds of chocolate which are two Reese’s peanut butter cups and the Reese’s white cream and peanut butter. I would recommend the regular reese’s peanut butter cups then the white reese’s but the white reese’s are good but not as good as the regular ones. Then I got a choco fluff marshmallow filled chocolate bunny which was surprisingly good and tasteful because it kind of felt like I was eating s’mores ice cream or just s’mores or cookies and cream ice cream.

After I decided on the chocolates that I was getting then I went over to the peeps and I wanted to get three different kinds of peeps but they didn’t have the ones I wanted which were the Dr. Pepper peeps which they were out of them so I got tropical punch and sour watermelon

I also bought two different kinds of peeps, one of them are tropical punch peeps and the other is sour watermelon peeps. The sour watermelon peeps tasted really good, mostly sweet, not that much sour but the watermelon is on the outside but the sour stuff is on the inside of the peep. Then I bought tropical peeps which tasted wonderful, probably better than the sour watermelon ones.

Then after I decided which peeps I wanted and got them and was still mad about the dr. pepper peeps being out I decided to go look for something else and I found a big bag of sour patch kids bunnies and I didn’t read the bag and I thought they were just in the bag but they are individually wrapped in small bags.

Finally, I bought a big bag of individual bags inside the big bag with sour patch kid bunnies. The bunnies tasted good and they were the last kind of candy that I decided on getting because I didn’t see anything else that I wanted to get and that was easter themed. There was another thing that was easter candy but it was something that was a cereal flavor which I didn’t think was going to be good.
