When you’re an adult thinking back to your high school life, what would it consist of? Would it be just trying to get through high school as fast as you can without caring about your social life, or would it be spending all your time studying so you can get your perfect scores?

“I think that even if it is a one-person club, that everyone should be included in a club or activity,” history teacher and club sponsor Mr. Matthew Mayeske said.

The Table Top Game Club mostly plays D&D (Dungeons and Dragons), but club sponsor Mr. Josh Johnson said they welcome anyone to the club. They meet every Thursday in Mr. Johnson’s room (room 816 in the freshman hallway) from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

When asked, the students of the club said that the main reason that they joined the club is so they can play games and hang out with their friends at a time when they can all meet and play games without being judged.

When trying to find a club the best option is to click here to go to the GEHS page for club/activities page for more information.

But if you want to start a club, just go to your favorite teacher and tell them your ideas and start planning.
